My mission is to empower children. Through my words and actions, children will know they are unique and worthy individuals deserving of love, respect, and dignity. They will know they matter.

Every child is teachable. Every child can learn.

In my class, each child will feel safe and know they belong. I will be flexible to meet each child's needs. In my class, each child will grow intellectually, emotionally, behaviorally, physically, and spiritually.

I will teach to the whole child.

In my class, each child will develop a growth mindset. I will set high expectations for academic success. I will create engaging learning experiences that foster critical thinking. In my class, each child will become an enthusiastic, active learner.

Today, I will make a difference in the life of a child.
